Once we receive your form, we'll reach out to schedule your assessment via Zoom. During the assessment, we'll work to better understand the needs of your project, its scope, complexity, and how we can help. We'll follow-up with a business proposal, outlining the services we'd be able to provide, an estimated timeline, along with a few pricing options. We'll work with you to align on project deliverables and ways to measure success. All parties will sign any necessary contracts & paperwork. Initial, payment should be submitted by this time. The fun begins! 😁

We don't charge hourly rates. Instead, our pricing is project based & dependent on scope, complexity & required resources. That means no counting hours or stressing about time worked. This model allows us to provide transparent pricing so you'll know the cost of completing your project on day 1. Our work doesn't end until the project is completed, no matter how long it takes. During your free consultation assessment, we'll ask questions to better understand your needs and assess how we can help. We'll follow-up soon after with pricing options.

The time it takes to complete a project depends largely on the project's scope and complexity. After your assessment, we'll be able to provide you with a tentative timeline for your project. Most of our communication is done virtually. However, if you are located in the Greater Houston area, you may schedule an appointment to meet at our office. If you are located outside of the Houston area, depending on the scope of your project, travel may be arranged. Please note that all travel related expenses for a project is at the expense of the client. If you believe that travel may be required for your project, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally during your initial assessment.
